You may only skip steps that are not mandatory. You need to complete the following steps:

Search API -> FareQuote API -> TicketLCC/GDS (Hold & Ticket).

Please refer to the flight API documentation to identify mandatory steps. A star next to an API menu item indicates that it is required.
