- In Case the Booking is aborted at the time of Hold or Booking - Please don’t issue tickets multiple times, Please contact our call centre for further action - ADM's will be borne by the agent if not guided by this policy
Payment Processing Terms & Conditions: By providing your credit card details and accepting our Terms & Conditions, you authorise SRDV to arrange for funds to be debited from your nominated credit card, in accordance with the terms & conditions of the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement as amended from time to time.
Your bank or credit card provider may apply currency conversion fees. Credit Cards are required to secure bookings if you are travelling within 14 days.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation with in 12 Hours of Scheduled Departure Time must be cancelled with the Airline directly, SRDV will not be liable in any way if the passenger is No Show.
- All Bookings cancelled may attract charges levied by airlines.
If a credit has been approved it is valid for 6 months from the date the cancellation was made.
Flight Cancellation Policy:
- Flights booked on this website are governed by the terms and conditions of the airfare you purchased and are determined by the Airline (not SRDV).
- In most cases, airfares are fully non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Airline charges or part or full cancellation fees may apply to your particular airfare.
- A Travel Consultant will help you wherever possible within these terms and conditions.
Special Cancellation Conditions: Certain Airline Fares, Hotels, Car and tour products will apply additional cancellation charges. These cancellation conditions and costs are located under the pricing on the individual pages and will be clearly advised to you in writing at time of booking.
Amendment Fees: Any amendments made to confirmed bookings will incur a fee; The fees are charged per amendment. This is in addition to any fees that may be levied by the supplier or airline.
Credit Card Chargeback Fees: Any fees charged to SRDV by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder's credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.
Change of Itinerary After Booking Has Commenced: Any alteration or cancellation of services after your booking has commenced can incur penalties. There is no refund for unused services.
Refunds: All refund requests must be in writing, and made direct to us or through the Agent from whom the travel arrangements were purchased. Claims must be made prior to departure time. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness. These must be claimed through your travel Insurance. No refunds will be made for services once travel arrangements have commenced. No guarantee is provided or warranted that any refund will be available. if payment done twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded as Deposit in SRDVAccount within 07 to 10 working days. The refund will be processed only after it is received from the airline/supplier in the company's bank account.
Reporting of Incidents: Any abnormal incidents including injuries, service problems, cancellation of a service or dissatisfaction must be reported to SRDVduring the event to allow us an opportunity to rectify the situation or provide assistance.
Terms and Conditions of Online Payments
Payments/Top Ups/ Paid for Order: Please note that any transaction done through any Online Payment by our registered agents or walking customer comes to an agent. In case of Walk-in customer swiping the card for a booking or Wallet update, Card holder is fully responsible for it and if any dispute/Chargeback raised will be taken care by the SRDV registered agent.
Wallet Update: If any transaction through any online payment mode and payment get success however booking fails than that transaction amount (Excluding Payment gateway charges) will be credited to SRDV wallet.
In-case of processing refund, based on standing instruction from the SRDV User it will be refunded through respective payment mode used while transaction.
Payment Gateway Fees: Please note that any payment Gateway fee will be applied automatically to the online payment option.
Payment gateway charges will be Non-refundable in any circumstances.

Outstanding: If any outstanding is due, its unpaid after several reminders, SRDV has rights to recover by future flown tickets.

Agency Terms and Conditions: -
- (a) Voiding would be as per the airline norms plus Rs.500/ - per ticket as a Supplier RAF Charges.
- (b) Refund charges would be as per the airline norms plus Rs.200/ - per ticket as a Supplier RAF Charges.
- Service charges levied are to be collected from the customers on our behalf.
- (a) Any voidation/cancellation of the ticket will be entertained only till 1800 Hrs.
- (b) If the payment is not made on time SRDV can anytime cancel all the PNR’s/Tickets without any prior notice.
- Any kind of Misuse of Airline/GDS PNR will solely be the responsibility of the agent and the amount will be recovered from the agent as a when received the debit note by the Airline or by the GDS.
- There will no adjusting of the refund in the payment schedule. The refund will be given back to the agent whenever we have received it from the airline.
- The credit limit will be on a weekly basis depending upon the certain guarantees.
- Any advance amount paid by the agent will be non-interest bearing.
- The User shall request SRDV for any refunds against the unutilized or 'no show' air or hotel booking for any reasons within 90 days from the date of departure for the air ticket and/or the date of check-in for the hotel booking. Any applicable refunds would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of Airlines, hotels / Supplier and SRDV as the case may be. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 90 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or no show air or hotel booking shall be deemed to have been forfeited.
- Any other refunds or unadjusted credits received from suppliers (including hotels, airlines etc.) and not claimed or pursued by travel agents or suppliers within 2 years of receipt of such amounts by Company, shall be deemed to have been forfeited.
- Agents will be responsible for maintaining all related documents including confirmation from the travellers that the amount paid by them for travel outside of India is in within the annual limits for resident individuals as prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time.
- That our Client shall grant a limited and non-transferable right to you, the Notices, to use the website of our Client - SRDVfor conducting online booking of the various travel services as made available by our Client to you.
- That you, the Notices, shall make payment for the services availed by cash/cheque/demand draft/credit card, and in case of non-payment within 7 days of the due date you, the Notices, shall be liable to pay interest at the rate of 0.1% per day till the date of payment of the full amount.
- That you agree to indemnify us from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses asserted against or incurred by us that arise out of any breach or non-performance of any covenant or agreement made or obligations to be performed directly or indirectly by you.
- Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints, typographical errors and errors in calculating currency conversion, errors in pricing in general, etc.) are not binding. In the event of a tariff error affecting the price of a confirmed Booking, SRDV is expressly entitled to modify the affected Booking to reflect the correct tariff giving notice to the Client. If SRDV offers the Client the option to cancel the Booking and Client does not cancel the same within the given time, it shall implicate the acceptance of the corrected rate and any accepted discount that at its sole discretion and as a mere gesture of goodwill, SRDV may have decided to apply (if any). Notwithstanding the above, SRDV or the Supplier reserve the right to cancel the Booking and in the event of such cancellation, without incurring any liability to the Client, SRDV will refund monies paid by the Client in relation to such Booking(s) (if applicable).
General Provisions
You may travel to certain destinations which involve greater risks than others, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences.
SRDV requests you to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warning, announcements, and advisories issued by them before booking travel to certain international destinations.
By offering for sale travel to particular international destinations, SRDV does not represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. SRDV does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.
SRDV reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. SRDV shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.
SRDV reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice.
No waiver by SRDV of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.
Any and all disputes arising in connection with the Service Agreement shall be settled in the first instance by good faith negotiations, and if the dispute cannot be settled within 7 days by mutual discussions, the same shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by SRDV, whereby the venue of the arbitration shall be AGRA, UP and the arbitration proceedings to be conducted in English ; Each party shall bear its own costs (including legal costs) for participating in the arbitration proceedings, and the arbitrator’s fees and expenses and other incidental expenses shall be paid by the parties as determined by the arbitrator.
SRDV provides B2B wholesale rates which must be sold as part of the package and must not be standalone.
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at AGRA, India.
