Why am I getting a Status 500 error while cancelling a hotel booking?
This error may occur if the values passed for SrdvType and SrdvIndex are incorrect. Please ensure that both SrdvType and SrdvIndex are passed exactly as received in the Hotel Search API response. Do not use static or hardcoded values for these parameters. The cancellation request should use the same SrdvType and SrdvIndex values returned by the Search API for the selected hotel/room.
