How to Download API Logs

To download the API logs, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Admin Panel.
  2. Navigate to API Management.
  3. Click on Log Menu.
  4. Click on Booking List or Search Log.
  5. Filter/Search using the Booking List or Trace ID.
  6. Click on the Log Icon (located on the right side).
  7. Download the supplier log only — do not download the main log.
