why I am getting an error you are not authorized to access while hitting the live api ?
You have not whitelisted your system or server IP address to access the live API due to which you are getting this error message.
Please follow the below steps to whitelist the IP address:
1. Login to API DSA
2. Click on Security
3. Click on Whitelisted IP
4. Click +Add IP whitelist
5. Enter your IP and details
6. Click on Submit button.
Furthermore, you can check the URL hit logs Click on security and Click on URL Hit Logs, and check the API URL and hit IP address, if hits are coming from the different IP then please whitelist IP address which is showing in the hit logs.
