Why recharge got failed, initailly it was accepted successfully?

In the recharge API, we sends the recharge request to the operator firstly then after 10 seconds to 1 minutes operator sends the recharge status as "Success" or "Failed" accordingly to that we shows the status in the Admin DSA. In order to check the status you must login to your admin panel and click on the recharge management(B2B or B2C). Customer can also check the recharge status in his/her dashboard(They need to login thier B2B or B2C account).
Moreover, you will get 2 emails, the first email will receive to inform you that the recharge has been accepted and it's pending at the operator end. The second email to inform you that the recharge has been successfully done or Failed from the operator side.
