After receiving the top-up amount in our bank account, the team takes max 30 minutes to uploading the balance to the API wallet.

Note: If you transferred the sum by NEFT, please allow 30 minutes for it to arrive in our bank account, since the bank takes 30 minutes to transfer the funds to another account. After 30 minutes, we get the amount, and as per the procedure our team verify and proceed with the top up.
