One of your booking payment is In-process due to which you were getting this error message(Api Balance is low, Please TopUp in your Account or Contact Support team) in the GDS Hold API response, Kindly check your API DSA portal for the in-process payment. And send an email to release the payment, below are the steps to check the In-Process payments:
1. Login to the SRDV API portal
2. Click on Account and Click In process payment
