Why I am getting an error "Account not activated, Please contact your Air Representative or Support Team" in the API response?
Your Test or Live API account can be inactive due to multiple API hitting attempts with the incorrect API credentials; please share this issue over the email support@srdvtechnologies.com. Our support team will check and resolve the issue.
Note: Always use the correct API credentials(Client ID, UserName, Password and Token) in order to avoid this issue.
